Do you cover the whole of Brighton & Hove?

Yes. We work across Brighton & Hove and the rest of Sussex, including outlying villages and postcodes that some national firms will not travel to. If you are not sure whether your address is in our area, call 0208 0586 425 and we will tell you in a minute.

How much does a hoarding clean in Brighton & Hove cost?

It depends on the size of the property, how much needs to come out, and whether there is any biohazard work involved. We give you a fixed price before anything starts, the quote is free, and there is no obligation to book. We also accept Klarna if you would rather spread the cost.

Will my neighbours know what is happening?

Discretion is built into how we work. We arrive in unmarked vehicles, our team wear plain clothing with no company branding, and waste is loaded away from view wherever the property allows. Nobody in Brighton & Hove needs to know why we are there.

How quickly can you start in Brighton & Hove?

We can usually talk the same day and get out to look at the property within a few days. If a housing officer, landlord, letting agent or environmental health team has given you a deadline, say so when you call and we will work back from that date.

Do you work with councils and housing associations in Sussex?

Regularly. We take referrals from local authorities, housing associations, social workers and family members, and we can invoice the referring organisation directly. Our team hold Safeguarding Adults Level 1 and are used to working alongside support workers.

What happens to belongings you find?

You stay in control throughout. We sort into keep, donate, recycle and dispose, and nothing of value leaves the property without your say so. Paperwork, photographs, jewellery and cash turn up in almost every job, and they are set aside for you rather than binned.
